The conference will bring together CISVers from throughout the Asia Pacific to participate in skills training, share their experiences and build new global friendships!

The word "Arohanui" is a Maori word and, as with many Polynesian words, there is no direct translation into English. The literal meaning is "big love", or "much love" or "great love". But, the term is used more expressively in its wider meanings such as "the love which binds a community together", or "the love which creates bonds of mutual trust and loyalty". In this sense then it is not the small love, which is confined to immediate friends and family, but is abundant enough to embrace all life. Through this APRW and JASPARC 2007 conference we will support this unconditional love to develop and unite CISV within the Asia Pacific Region.

Christchurch is going to be heavily booked over Easter both for flights and accommodation. It is important that you book well in advance for flights and accommodation. We suggest you book your accommodation at the same time as your airfares.

Conference Information
Registration is on Friday 6th April from 10am and the first session starts 2pm on Friday 6th April. Check out from accommodation is 10am on Wednesday 11th April. You can book flights out of Christchurch anytime on Wednesday 11th April.
